Our head of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution division
- Nana Asaa is the Founding Managing Partner of the firm. She heads our litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution division. She is a proud alumni of the prestigious Wesley Girls’ High School, Cape Coast. Having obtained an impressive first degree in French and Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon and a French Diploma from the University of Caen, France, she went further to pursue a post-graduate first degree in Law (LLB) from the University of London, United Kingdom. Nana Asaa is a senior member of the Ghana Bar Association who has extensive experience in Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Company Law and Company Secretarial Practice, Family Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law Practice. Over the span of several years, she has advised enviable Ghanaian and multinational companies on their intricate corporate transactions and has boldly argued before the Superior Courts of Ghana. She serves as a non-executive director on a couple of corporate boards. Her love for imparting knowledge has earned her the position of part-time lecturer in Private Security Law and Business Law at Knutsford University College, Accra.
Our Head of Corporate, Commercial, and Tax Services Division
- Caleb is the Founding Lead Partner for our Corporate, Commercial and Tax Practice division. He has an extensive background in regulation, risk and compliance. Over the past couple of years, he has successfully led several high-profile corporate and commercial transactions (a significant majority being international transactions) both in the public and private sectors and spanning several industries, including Property, Energy & Infrastructure, Finance and Trade. He has significant experience as a lawyer with Ghana’s Tax Administration system, and therefore brings a significant expertise in tax advisory as well. Caleb advises many industry-leading firms and also serves as a non-executive director on a number of corporate boards. He is a passionate tutor and currently lectures LLB students on the University of London International Programmes. He is an alumni of the renowned Mfantisipim School, Cape Coast. Caleb is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana and the Chartered Quality Institute, UK.
Our Head of Property Division
- Anita is the Founding Lead Partner for our Property division. She is an alumni of Tema Secondary School and a proud graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon where she graduated with First Class Honours in Political Science and Theatre Arts. Anita also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of London, UK and she was admitted to the Ghana Bar in the year 2015. She has remarkable expertise in property law. She has handled innumerable land transactions for many prestigious corporates and individuals. With over a decade of experience earned as General Counsel at the Lands Commission of Ghana, Anita has sound knowledge in conveyancing and Ghanaian land administration.

Amanda Mensah
Associate
Amanda is an Associate of the firm and a product of Wesley Girls’ High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from the University of Ghana, Legon as well as a French Diploma from the University Paris, La Sorbonne. She also holds an LLB from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She has worked with reputable law firms and organizations in Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States and most recently worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the Attorney General, Ghana. She is currently a Master of Laws (LLM) candidate at the prestigious Georgetown University in Washington DC.
